About Julie
I’m a former Senior Director at Adobe and Director at Google with 13+ years leading large cross-functional teams, managing directors and senior directors, and shaping hiring, leveling, and promotion decisions across product and engineering.
My work has always centered on how teams operate, how leaders grow, and how decisions actually get made inside big tech. I’ve coached leaders, built organizations, navigated complex change, and guided careers through inflection points.
Today, I work with individuals and organizations through coaching, consulting, and workshops — helping them move faster with clarity, intention, and real operating insight.
